Vania Kuy is a Mobile, Alabama photographer whose creative eye was shaped long before he began capturing still images. Starting in the television news industry in 2003, he spent years in creative services before moving into fast-paced production environments as a freelance sports videographer for major networks including ESPN, FOX, and CBS Sports.
In 2014, he turned that storytelling experience toward portrait photography, drawn to the quieter and more intentional art of capturing a single moment. Today, his work focuses on senior portraits, engagement photography, couples sessions, and family photography across Mobile, Baldwin County, Daphne, Fairhope, and the Central Gulf Coast.
Known for a relaxed and natural approach, Vania creates images centered on connection, emotion, and authenticity. While he also photographs weddings and special events, he is especially drawn to intimate celebrations where genuine moments unfold naturally and every frame carries a sense of presence.
